I know Wal-Mart Pharmacy is one of the busiest and stressful departments in the whole store. Customers even the PHARMACISTS should really stop giving those technicians and cashiers a hard time. I know because I used to work for another wal-mart pharmacy and I know how it is. First of all for all the nasty customers, you do realize when it's busy your prescription won't be done exactly ON TIME! Second for the black ladies pharmacists which I forgot their names ESPECIALLY the manager seriously need to know to do their jobs. One of them is constantly on her cell phone talking to I don't know a friend or family member? And when there's a consultation, she take FOREVER to Help her patients it's ridiculous! Whoever is in the phone must be more important than her job. The other black lady pharmacist is so unprofessional and rude! I've seen the way she treats her workers and it's so sad. She really needs to get her act together and learn to be a real manager. The one black guy George was the best pharmacist ever! I'm sad he's not working there any more. I have great conversation with the techs and cashier. Marylyn and Maria are one of my favorites and the cashiers Angel and Maryanne god bless their hearts they are so sweet. Please don't give these workers a hard time they're just doing their job. I know the system is messed up but seriously people have some patients! If you complain and have a lot of issues with them GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY! It's that easy! They don't care if you switch it's one less a**hole they have to deal with

I AM VERY UPSET ON HOW TWO BLACK WOMEN MISTREATED ME, AND ANOTHER WHITE WOMAN IN CUSTOMER CARE. I DID SPEAK WITH STORE MANAGER WHO WAS BLACK. HE WAS VERY NICE, AND I TOLD THEM I FELT THEY TREATED US LIKE THIS BECAUSE OF OUR COLOR, IT WAS RACIAL. WILL TALK TO DISTRICT MANAGER ABOUT THIS IT WAS MARCH 26TH 2012, AROUND 11;OO TO 12;30, afternoon. the manager saw they were wrong!

the elderly over night door greeter that always wears the flowers on her shoulder is a very sweet woman. she always has a huge smile on her face. whatever her name is im telling u shes doing an outstanding job!

Customer service needs improvement.....ASAP.It seems to me the management staff at Walmart do not have much concern about customer satisfaction. Why are there not enougn cashiers on the registers??? long lines are unacceptable!!!! This needs attention ASAP....
