Bad service, bad food, waste of money. No respect for customers... If the manager/owner is in the service will get even worse. Instead go to Mikie's pizza on Beach street. It is well worth it!

I bought 20 buffalo wings and when i open it, they are lightly red like there was barley any sauce. I've gotten these from them before and they were good. This time they tasted and looked horrible. I toke hem back up there and the owner argued with me about how this was how they were always made...when I explained that I bought them only 10 minutes ago, at first he didn't believe me because of how hey looked. But after he realized that I did just pick them up and that the wings shouldn't look the way they do, he only offered me to take some more hot sauce home so I could pour it on the wings my self??? Horrible customer service and even worse food. DONT GO HERE!!!!

This place has a girl that has absolutely the worst customer relations I have ever experienced. She is more worried about playing with her cell phone than responding to the customer that has waved for her attention. Oh and don't ask for a beer, instead of her saying they don't sell beer she treats you like your an imbosol. If you decide you nolonger want the food that was just ordered due to this waitress nastiness and the loss of appitite. The owner still wants the price for the food. When you only ate one slice of the pizza because of his rude nasty waitress. No

Wonder there was only two customers when we walked in. They have no business serving customers . The food is not very good to begin with but add a nasty B with it and well you know what you get.

the first time I went I got a pizza that was over done on the bottom, and not enough topping for the price you pay.
I went back a second time because the girl working recommended the spaghetti barely any sauce and it was so bland!

needless to say I will never go back there and I do not recomend it to anyone!!!!!

I enjoyed their pizza but recently they overcharged my credit card and the person that I spoke with on the phone told me that I wasnt overcharged but that the bank automatically puts a 20% hold on transactions. He said he knew this because he has had to explain this many times. I immediately knew he was feading me a line. I never received a call back from him so I went ahead and filed a fraud claim against them with my bank. I will never order from them again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I own a small business and we try to support local small businesses. We have ordered from Vino's and the food was good - initially. I started reading the Restaurant Review from the Times-Union and noticed that Vino's had been sited for cleanliness issues a number of times. In my last order I found a roach leg in my salad. I went to the restaurant to complain and the owner/manager was out and the other employees barely spoke English. I spoke to a man at the cash register and when I told him what happened he basically blew me off. He never apologized or offered a refund. I will never order from this restaurant again!

The pizza is mediocre at best. They overcharged my credit card then told me that they couldn't refund me. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. CAUTION NOT RECOMMENDED
