I live next to these apartments since October 2014. A row of the units faces mine causing unacceptable noise. Apartment #25 leaves a dog out on a 'wire' type leash; there is a horrible dog feces stench. Continual barking due to the 'block party' music 3 doors down. Have called police on music. Have attempted to speak w/landlord; she says "I can't do anything because I don't hear it". Apparently leaving pets outside unattended is not in the lease Next step filing complaint with COJ.
