not good if you have pre-paid legal services

I paid for legal services through my employer and this is the lawyer I had to use for my divorce. I filed in 2004 and it is now 2008 and I am still married. It was a uncontested divorce also. You would think it wouldn't take much to get a judge to sign my divorce papers.
