MY PACKAGE WITH TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN JUST SITTING THERE FOR ALMOST A WEEK. IT IS MY WEDDING DRESS AND I HAD TO OSTPONE MY WEDDING DUE TO IT . VERY UNHAPPY

nobody picks up the phone
Had hold mail to be delivered On April 18 2019 and did not get. Went to post office and they are least bothered and do not know where the mail is. The postman did not deliver our hold mail.
This is the most disgusting service by us postal mail.

They never answer the phone. Our mail gets delivered to neighbors. We have had a good carrier or two out of this PO in 15 years, but the majority of them suck. I once had a carrier tell me tough luck when I inquired where a package was that was scanned on truck to be delivered but she didn't have it. She actually said "tough luck" and drove off.

Tried to contact this post office today to find out why a package was not delivered. I received a notice yesterday saying package was undeliverable due to business being closed. Well last time I checked I live in a private home that never closes. And we were home all day yesterday and working in the front yard all day. We never saw a USPS truck even drive by much less stop to deliver anything. So after calling and constant redialing for 30 minutes I just gave up.

This place is nothing but a disaster. The people who work the desk are nice enough, but everything else about the place is horrible! The interior of the back rooms/shipping areas and shelves that are available from the front counter look decrepit and the parking lot is almost as bad as my dirt road. I live one mile from the office off Sunbeam, but because my street is a bad dirt road they randomly refuse to come down it. I've had many problems with mail arriving late or missing.



I just signed up for Amazon Prime's trial and ordered several big, heavy things with a 2-Day delivery guarantee. One got here a day late because who knows, but nothing I can do about that. The other package that would have been a day late, a three pound package from Amazon, never arrived at all even though it said it was delivered to my door! I reported it to this location the day after and they said they didn't know where it was or who delivered it, but they'd call me when they figured it out. I requested a second one be shipped from Amazon and it was shipped the next day with the same 2-day guarantee. It's been out for delivery since before noon today (from a mile up the street) and then I got a notification that they made a delivery attempt right before quitting time at 7:40 and they left a delivery attempt notice. There was no notice anywhere, not even in my mail box. I'll be heading up there tomorrow morning to sort this out. If I ever get a PO Box, it'll be at the next nearest USPS location with at least one more than 1 star! I'm going to start shipping my items to relatives in town who get mail from a better location! This is awful service, even for government work.

I don't understand. I've lived in many places and have had superb service from the post office. But this office on Sunbeam Rd in Mandarin, FL is hard to comprehend. I have a forwarding order in place. My prescriptions, that were mailed out over 2 weeks ago have not arrived. I call the Sunbeam location and there is never an answer. I then called the VA to see if they had them mailed on time only to find out that they have TONS of complaints by vets saying their medicines are not arriving at all or arriving over a month late. I'm guess this location is no different then others in Florida. Perhaps complaints posted for all to see will be the only way to get this service improved.

The USPS in Mandarin, Jacksonville Fl is terrible, they SUCK. It not only looses mail , delivers mail to the wrong houses all the time but its service is slow - cosnistently we get mail 3 to 5 business days later anyone of our friends or associates who get the same mail [eg. invitations and employer mailings - my entire team in Jacksonville - in all areas got the documents 5 days prior to me). We've not recieved mail order drugs, magazines and often get mail from same house# but different subdivision around the area. We've complained several times over the last 5 years and had mail alerts put in our box and theirs and still the problem continues. AMAZING -- they are going out of business and they still have no compunction to improve their basic job .... mail the darn mail to the right place in timely fashion.... simple charter and objective and they Fail at it. !!!!!~
