The owner of this store is a genuinely bad guy. He takes customers money promising to order you a product then keeps your money. You get no product, but instead a headache tryin to reason with him. Not worth a real reefers time.

Signed up just so I could leave a review. The new reef shop in town is now earned my business. As soon as I walked in with my wife, I was greeted and asked if they could help (a big deal in today's world). The young man, who opened the shop took at least twenty minutes of his time showing me the set ups he had, and answering all my newbie questions. He was passionate about the hobby and made my wife and myself want to go back. I purchased my very first coral from him and it's looking great. All his fish and corals are super healthy looking. Also, he as some of the best clownfish I've seen (platinums, grade a picassos etc). If your new to this hobby like me or are just interested in learning about it, I encourage you to stop by there. You won't feel dumb asking all the newbie questions and will be welcomed to ask more. For just being open for a little under a week, he has a great setup, can't wait to see when it's all done. I know there are a couple other shops in Jax, but Ultra Corals is now my main stop. Thanks for not forgetting how to serve your customers! That with your great selection/prices will take you above the rest!
