The first and only time i visited this store was to get my ipad fixed for a pink screen problem. When they were done "fixing" it, the pink screen was fixed but all of the external buttons other than the home button were disconnected and wouldn't work. when i addressed this problem to them they claimed that it never would have left their shop like that and accused ME of tampering with it. THEN they claimed that I never even paid for the services and would not admit to remembering me coming in until I brought my bank statement in proving that the charge was taken off of my card. Overall, i will not bring any electronics back here again.

I have only High praise and accolades for Shawn and the guys at ubreakifix. They answered all my questions, even the obvious & stupid ones. They fixed my iPad after I broke it 2x. This is my go to place for all the computer related!!!!
