This review is for the new San Jose location, not the southside location. This afternoon I went I to the store with my four year old who desperately needed to use the restroom. Before I walked in I thought to myself that it was great that there was a frozen yogurt place so close to where we just bought a house and mentally made plans to try it another day. When I walked in I wasn't greeted at all by the attendant who was looking at a computer. I felt like I was interrupting when I asked her if my son could use the restroom. She then stood up and said there was a sign on the door and that the restrooms were for customers only. Um, I'm sorry, but isn't EVERYONE exposed to a buisiness a potential customer?? After asking is she was serious and telling her they just lost my business i was just dismissed with a smirk. My son was barely holding on and I kind of wish he would have accidentally peed on the floor. I cannot vouch for the frozen yogurt. But no matter how potentially good it may be I will never give them my business nor recommend it to anyone because I was not treated like a potential customer. Bad form Tutti Frutti. I pass by there every single day.
