The representative was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, suggesting many alternative uses of my closet space. Within one day she sent detailed drawings etc. for me to see and subject to my approval set up an installation date within weeks of our initial meeting.
Because of an earlier appointment issue, they called to inform me of a later arrival and then were prompt in their subsequent arrival. Installation took a few hours and was done expertly.
I'm thrilled with my end result and have already recommended this company to many of my friends.
