I chose Tubel's because they were AAA rated. Sadly I found out this rating doesn't always mean that quality work is guaranteed.



In 2012 I had my car serviced at Tubel's on Phillips Highway based on the recommendations that were made after they did a diagnostic I had my fuel pump replaced. The cost was $900. My car continued to have not only the same problems after being repaired but then there were additional problems that were not present previous to my leaving it with them for the initial repair, this time with my brakes. So now there are 2 problems with my vehicle.



Tubel's recognized that they might've caused my 2nd problem and repaired it at no cost to me which was great. This still left me with a problem I'd paid $900 to have repaired. They refused to look at my vehicle again to attempt to find what they obviously missed. I still needed my car repaired. I called Goodyear corporate who offered no help. Asked me to go to their main shop. They couldn't find the problem. Told me to contact Tubel's again. At this point I'd also called AAA to let them know that a place they'd rated highly was treating their customers poorly.



After much back and forth with the Tubel's on Phillips Highway and on Main, after being yelled at, hung up on and treated in the most disrespectful manner that I as a customer have ever received and continuing to talk to AAA I got half of my money returned to me. If I had not had AAA working on my behalf I wouldn't have gotten any money returned to me and would probably still be fighting. I ended up taking my car to RPM. They diagnosed my problem and it only cost $200.



Do not take your car to Tubel's Goodyear. I wouldn't suggest taking your car to any Goodyear (at least those 3 in Jacksonville).

good tires to begin with and they are installed correctly and quickly at a reasonable price

I have had many vehicles in my life, serviced at many different places, but I have never been so impressed with a business like I am with Tubel's Goodyear on Philips Hwy.

The Service Manager and Technicians are real professionals, and they make sure the customer is satisfied.

They went above and beyond what I expected, and I highly recommend them for their quality, value, and commitment to excellent customer service.
