I love Tru Star! I've been going there for years now. Amazing customer service. Kinshasa and Phoebe and are the best. :)

I think one star is too much for this business. I attempted to get an exchange for a pair of clippers I purchased that were no good. I had the receipt which said "exchanges ONLY with receipt". I had no intention of getting a full refund and still, they completely refused it. I spent $60 and basically lost the money. I will never shop there again because of the way the situation was handled. A successful business should always make sure they are making customers happy. I guess "the customer is always right" doesn't work for them.
