I went to the office for work details, around 5:30am I sign the ledger and 6:35am I am called for assignment doesn't pay already but the bad part if it is when there are people on the same ticket this company pays your monies to the person he or she assumes car pooling not asking you drives yourself, so now the day is over and you get paid and find out money out of pay is taken for carpool. So I ask what is carpool for, that's when I was told by staff employee your rider for taking you to work, so I let her know I drove myself to work, and she replied I'm not going to pay you out of my pocket, then I ask how do I get the rest refunded, she says when you work tomorrow I'll give it. I come the next day and remind the guy that made this mistake and he comes off with an attitude like it my fault, so I walk outside to smoke and think because now I'm pissed, but that's when he calls me in and ask me how many can ride with me, I told him no one because my vehicle was involved in a hit and run that jammed my passenger doors, by the way, my insurance only covers me. Now I don't get to go and they told that their not going to pay the rest they owe. Now that's is stealing an employee's wages, now were is the law for that.
