I used Traditions in order to try to purchase a HUD home utilizing a bid process for a small home in Avondale. I 'won' the home with the highest bid and 'my' agent messed up the contract forcing me to lose the home. I also lost 30 grand in equity I would've picked up with the home. My bid was 87k and comps in the area were selling for 135k plus. Make sure you steer clear of Traditions it could cost you big time.
