Total air care has very poor customer service. It took them three days to respond to a service call originally placed by my Home warranty company. ... Well They never responded. My Home warranty company had to called them while I waited on line. I was told the air tech guy would call before coming. Well he called st 8:10pm Wednesday night.. said he couldn't come till after 10pm. Well the numbers he called were wrong. Total Air gave him wrong numbers. I had just given Total Air the number to call and so did my Home warranty company. I called them today to explain their error. Well even though I paid a $75 service charge by phone the company said they couldn't come until Saturday. I called my Home Warranty company who set me up with United. Stay away from Total Air Care!!! They are not professional and rude!!! If I could gave a half star I would have.

I was VERY pleased with this company. I was never placed on hold and was scheduled the same day I placed the call. The technician was on time and was very polite and informative. My compressor was bad and I was told by my home warranty that it could be up to a week for them to receive my part. I was called three days later and put back on the schedule and a different technician came out and installed the part. He was very friendly as well. I give this company a 10! Thank God my home warranty sent Total Air Care out. The last company that serviced my unit was down right terrible!!
