I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a car from here a few years ago. It was a "LEMON" I already had to have the engine rebuilt, transmission rebuilt and now I am having other problems. I have asked others and the same thing. This dealership will not work with you at all. 127.00 to have a diagnostic done. That is unreal,since I just can't take it to a car parts place to have them check it. Why because there's a chip that the car dealership had remove so I could not go anywhere else,but them. riDICulous! I believe I'm not the only person that feels this way.. I chose the review name as MADASHELL someone already use it. So I'm glad I'm not the only person that feels this way! Sincerely, PISSED OFF

Service staff was very condescending, and the service manager was so Arrogant it would make a person sick.

For $130.00 item, that was approved and paid by a warranty company, Tom Bush held my 750Li car hostage for 2 days.



A simple replacement of a battery in the car key, was ignored. I was told to go to Lowes and buy another one, even though the one in the key was new.



The General Manager did NOT return calls, and when I showed up in his office, he told me that things were out of his hands.
