Smooth as Silk!

I first had contact with Mrs. Gullett at Title America when I refinanced my house. My lender chose them and told me with them everything would be ok. Boy was he right! The day of closing my baby-sitter bailed on me and without missing a beat Mrs. Gullett told me to bring our boys with us as they had a room especially for them. My husband and I couldn't believe our eyes when we walked into their beautiful building. Normally closing offices are so institutional looking. This one felt like home. We all went in to the conference room and the they opened a door for the boys to go into the play room. They had everything in there to keep them busy! When my husband was transferred and we had to sell the house we knew we would use Title America and Mrs. Gullett again. Our realtor wanted to use his own title company but we insisted. Title America's staff made our sale so smooth. Even our realtor was impressed. He has started using them as his preferred title company. I would gladly and confidently recommend Title America!
