Outstanding Customer Service

I would like to commend the staff at Tires Plus Regency for their outstanding customer service. After having a terrible experience at another local business where damage was done to my oil pan. I went in to have the situation looked into here. They went above and beyond the call to help with the problem. They not only just fixed the problem the manager Brad actually drove his car to my wifes work and picked up our car and drove it to their shop made the repairs and then brought it back to her at work in time for her to pick up our kids from school and the babysitters. Not one time did they ever seem annoyed or aggravated in helping us get our 2004 Chrysler Pacifica repaired and back to us. On top of that they did all this at no extra charge. Rarely do you ever see customer service of this caliber. The Tires Plus corporation should be honored to have such a nice staff. Thank you again to Brad, Randy, and Shayne for their excellent work and friendly service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for trouble free fast and friendly service.
