Terrible place to live, it has been sold 3 times in the past four years and every time the new owners find a way to leverage some new fee with out violating the terms of the lease. Maintenance people do the bare minimum and when they get into your apartment they will set your AC down to 70 cause you know they need to be comfortable.



Place is over run with cats. Buildings are old and have roach and fruit flies living in the walls and drains. My apartment is about 1/2" off level.



If you have a view of the pool expect people splashing around at all hours of the night, hope you're not a lite sleeper.



For some place calling themselves luxury apartments they really need to replace all the 80's golden oak cabinetry . I would look elsewhere for the current price structure they are charging.

Donna, the manager is mean spirited and does not know how to treat people. I have seen it more than once.Then it happened to my husband and me and we are disabled! The rest of the staff is fine.
