Formally Wasabi. The sushi was excellent until the new owners took over. The new Itamae is chinese and uses inferior ingredients. The wasabi is very peppery with little or no real wasabi. The Nigiri is all rice and very thin slices of fish. Sashimi is poor quality. No Ikura, stingy with Tobiko and salmon. They do make a fair Philadelphia roll, but that is not a traditional sushi. Gochiso-sama, Sabinuki.
