My friend and I are currently in the process of taking Chuck to mediation trying to get our refund. We spoke with Chuck the first time in Jan of 08'. I am now writing this review in Oct of 08'. We have not gone up in the balloon and he refuses to give us a refund. His excuses for cancelling dates range from weather conditions, to repairs on the balloon to his ill health.



If you still go ahead and want to fly with him, do not pay the full price as we foolishly did. You have to expect the $ you send him will most likely be lost to you.
