My name is Niranya Inkham Roberson, I was an immigrant from Thailand. I am a middle child which meant I did all the cooking, the cleaning and the other services for my family. I took care of my little brother and started making sticky rice when I was 7 and then I learned to cook more difficult dishes with my grandmother. Who is still very healthy but she does not cook anymore. I would like to present real Thai dishes in a way that is both authentic to my Thai heritage, and also exquisitely delicious for anybody who would like to try! I am quite lucky because almost all of my kitchen staff are from Thailand. My head Chef "Mr. Ped" also came from Northern Thailand like me so I know his practices are just as authentic as they were in our home country. Recently, we received very good feedbacks from our customers. So, please let me thank everyone who has granted us such kind and sincere words. It means the world to me and my family!
