Never rent anything from this guy. Gregory Brady the owner of Tailored Value Realty is a scammer!!!!!! I rented a home that he was living in but not his out to me and the home had been in foreclosure for 2 years. I was told he was working on short selling the property. I gave him a deposit and ws promised the property was gonna be spotless the day of move in. Come to find out the property was filthy and nasty.I moved in the property as of july 2011 just to vacate on October 2011. He didnt even have the decentcy to give me my deposit . He is now trying to rent a property for 1400.00 on the northside OF JAX, FL!!!!! I cant believe he is back at it again!!!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!! This man is a nightmare and is out to rob you of your hard earned money. I am currently seeking legal counsel for this matter. Stay away from Gregory Brady!!!!! Tailored Value Realty A NIGHTMARE OF ITS OWN!!!!!!! The reason why i rated this business a 1 star is because they have no option for a 0 star.This business gets no stars horrible representation.
