They switch out trainers on me constantly. Almost monthly. I was excited that my husband went along with me getting a trainer & getting back into great shape! The manager that sold me on this was supposed to be my trainer & just stopped showing up for my training appointments. Much like all the other trainers eventually did - or they would double book two people to train at the same time & somehow I would always be the one to get bumped.



Be sure to get a copy of your contract because when you try to cancel they will NOT assist you in any way. In fact they will leave you standing there & just walk away from you saying "oh just a second". If they don't want to train me let me out of the contract. It's not hard! I was showing up to my appointments. Oh they don't answer the phone either or return calls or check their messages. They do not keep a copy of your contract on file at the location where you signed it. They will send you to collections even though you've been trying to cancel for dissatisfaction. They do not acknowledge receiving even certified letters. Ironically the collections agency can send you a copy of the contract, if you send a certified letter, but does not handle disputes. In fact I can't figure out anything that this company does... Besides sell you on a lemon of a "service". You're better off finding a work out buddy.
