I took my pressure washer in for idling high and requiring 20 pulls to start. It was agreed that the governor spring would be replaced and the carburetor would be rebuilt for 115 dollars. After three days of waiting I received a call informing me that the governor had fallen in the engine and that they had already torn down the carburetor and in order for the equipment to be as functional as it was before I brought it in, I would have to pay the 115.00 and the high idle problem would still exist. My other option was paying 20 dollars and picking up my now completely useless equipment as they discarded the original build kit. I agreed to paying the 20 dollars and that I would pick it up the next day. This equipment was less than 3 years old and had less than 50 hours of use. When I arrived the equipment was still in pieces and was hurriedly reassembled with cables still loose and obviously missing parts. I believe Superior is probably great for wholesale lawn maintenance companies, but not so good for the small home maintenance individual.

I took my ztr to a shop near my house on the westside, on Cassatt Ave., twice and they couldn't fix it. Really, they called me and said they don't know what's wrong. After two repair bills and it still wasn't fixed I took it to these guys. They figured it out and the mower is working good as new. It was worth the trip across town. Not only were they freindly and professional do deal with, they obviously know their stuff. I would recommend you give them a try and see for yourself.

Best service department got me out fast.Every time I go into pick up parts they have them in stock.Greg & Tammy really know what I need to keep my stuff going .It's always fun to just stop by and talk they great people .I always tell all my lawn buddies to go there.
