Coming from a grandmother I think in order for this facility to become successful in the field in which addressed need a little more structure,when handling problem concerning a parent and assistant.Always remeber Organization (TASK) always remain perfectional at all times;and please don't appoint a person in a position until their trained appropriated This type business is not easy,but parent depends on each ever staff member. .Remember your dealing with [Childrens} so please be in place and keep a close eye on everything.WE'RE DEPENDING ON YOUR HELP.
