This moblie home community is great it has very nice people living here.There is always someone there if you need something fixed.There is a nice play ground and a laundry mat on site.and the schools are close.I love this mobile home community!!!

The place is NOT called Sunny Homes. It's actual name and proper listing is Sunny Acres Mobile Home Park. I have resided here since December 2010. The office personnel is nice, professional, caring, and understanding. They offer flexible payment options, low deposit, and charge reasonable amounts in rent. Sunny Acres is in the process of making the community here better for all residents by doing some upgrades around the place as well as moving newer homes in. It's not a bad place to live, and is very safe. The office manager lives on site and monitors the 24 hour surveillance from her own home to help further protect the residents here. Sunny Acres is not immediately close to big businesses, which provides for quieter days and nights with not much traffic, however, we're only a very short drive to many stores and shopping areas.

There is not an actual webpage for them. This has NO info pertaining to the property. No unit info, price info, deposit info, school info, NOTHING.The main problem is they call it Sunny Acres and it and it listed under Sunny Homes. Figure vthat one.Sunny Acres- Homes needs to create their own website and List ALL impotant info. I think this website SUCKS! I am getting ready to move to the propeety and I will update this and let you know hoe the property really runs.
