Per Kevin, via Melissa, every tenant that moves out of a unit is charged the cost of preparing the unit for the next tenant to move in.  Suncoast Properties does not pay a dime on the unit ever, due to the fact they make the exiting tenant pay for all preparation for the entering tenant.  Check the Better Business Bureau complaints to see that this is standard operating procedure.  Civil litigation is the only method to recoupe the charges one has paid to ready the unit for next tenant.  This information has been posted on google reviews as well.

I just moved in my new place thanks to Will, I don't think I could have found a better leasing agent to work with! Everyone else I have had to deal with getting in and situated has been great as well, so glad I found this place!
