I went here because of a surgeon I wanted for my procedure, he did awesome. The post op Team was by far the worst ever. Please check all options before going through the fiasco I had to. Just RUDE at a time of crisis when that's the last thing you need.

I would have rather been treated down a dark ally somewhere ! I left in more pain than what I arrived in, the staff were absolutely moronic, when doing the initial check for bed sores required by law I had a male nurse and make tech, I expressed that I was not comfortable with them checking me and wanted a female nurse to check me but they ignored my request and checked me anyways, my tech told me they didn't have ice packs after the neurologist just ordered me to have one on 15 minutes out of every hour, they put me on 4 different narcotics, I was so delusional from sleep deprivation that I was hulucinating, they refused to let me sleep at all, would come in at all hours of the night because they forgot to put my compression socks on, has information on smoking for me (told them I smoke every once in a blue moon), had to finish admitting me,nobody offered to help bathe me, or help me take a shower and there was no way I would have been able to do it myself because of the amount of medicine I was one, I felt disgusting and dirty, the nurses didn't explain that there "room service" and that you have to call to order your dinner so I starved that night waiting for them to come ask me what I wanted and I was to doped up on medicine to think for myself to ask, I was depending on then for help, morning rolls around and he doctor comes in and asks how I feel, tell him I feel way worse and says ok well we are sending you home, doesn't give two craps about me, nurse comes in with discharge papers, I express my concern to her and she just looks at me like I'm stupid, states my issues aren't big enough to keep me in (even though my MRV scans show I have damage done severe enough to impair my vision of not acted upon immediately), then proceeded to RIP my IV out, which I have two witnesses to, my arm starts bleeding profusely, and continued to bleed until I got home which was 45 minutes away.
