This place is nasty. Tons of trash from kids on the playground and the drunks at night. They say they require background, and credit checks. They say you must have a job for six months. This is a lie as they frequently rent to illegal immigrants. I know one lives in building G apt. 706 and brags about how he can get an apartment easier than the legal people in the country. Says he didn't even have to show his identification. His name is Jose Alvarez. Just ask him and he will tell you too.
