I've used Southern Green for my lawn for 15 years, multiple homes. Andy, our technician is awesome. He takes more time than he needs to and our lawn looks great. The only time it doesn't is when I don't water enough, which is my fault. Great company, great people.

Started with them about 5 months ago, had a small delay in my first service from when they said they would be here, or would be 5 stars. Otherwise great job so far!!

I have no complaints, yard looks good. Not the yard of the month, but i'm only interested in not doing the work myself. They did kill a huge fire ant mound for free though, which was great because i was charged by my landscaper for those previously.

I have been a customer of Southern Green for over 3 years. They have made my lawn and shrubs look better than any other lawn services companies. I would highly recommend them!

Had them for years, they do a good job. Same tech on lawn, comes back when I ask to retreat if needed. I still have to take care of my lawn but it helps with the heavy lifting on the chemicals. Worth the money for sure.

I have had a horrible experience with them from day one ~ 1 year ago. At the initial treatment they burned the grass and didn't kill the weeds. I immediately cancelled and then gave then a second chance. Not only was the second service not any better, but they charged for both and now a year later they call to tell me they are sending the bill to collections. The worst service I have ever seen. They talk a great game but DO NOT back it up!

We started to try this company but decided to cancel without giving them a chance because of the complaints of bed customer care and rude salesmen. When we cancelled, however, this company met us with kindness and understanding without any of the rudeness reported on other forums. We were actually very impressed with everyone we met with or spoke with from this local company, from the salesman Nick to the Managers David and Richard. We are starting to regret not giving them a chance and may decide to in the future. They have been here for over fifteen years so it is expected that they should have some 'bumps' in the road and it appears to us that they have corrected any problems. It is unfortunate that what is expressed on the net sticks around along time after corrective measures have been taken.

Buyer Beware! Customer service is terrible, and the worst of it they leave the bill on your door and they do not treat your lawn. I was home when the technician came out and he never bothered to spray the lawn. I was wondering why my lawn looked so bad with weeds and looking brown. I filed a complaint with the Bbb and if you have them I suggest you do the same. I have found nothing but negative reviews after I decided to give them a try. Now it is too late my lawn looks the worst it has ever looked!! By the way this businesss does not even deserve a 1 star! But you have to add one to write a review.

Have used this firm for the past year and my grass it the worst it has ever been, I have a 15ft square of dead chinch bug eaten grass and other patches too. The weeds are growing wild, when they started caring for my lawn it was almost perfect. When I called to question there treatments to my grass the woman was very rude and hung up on me. Don't touch this bunch with a barge pole!!!!!! I didn't want to award a star but the system didn't let me not.
