AUGUST 13,2015 after 5 pm my husband and I pulled up for outside service. we pushed the red button and waited of course for a server to speak however, nobody said we will be with you in a moment or anything to let us know they heard us push the button so, we pressed the button a few more times- by then thinking maybe the speakers broken. after about 5-6 minutes still no response from the inside restaurant. then a female employee came out passing our vehicle and my husband politely said hello ms. uh we are wondering if our speaker is working because we have pressed the red button several times but we don't know if someone is hearing us. She immediately went back inside. we waited a few more minutes....nothing! Then a short lady that looked like she was the supervisor(she looked hispanic/very fair skin) came out with another employee in front quickly passing us and again my husband said excuse me, we have been waiting for someone to say hello....but we have not heard anything is our speaker working? she rudely said while quickly continuing to go to another car beside us, yes we heard you but we are busy right now. huuum-my husband and i looked at each and i said all we wanted is for someone to let us know they hear us and will be with us shortly. still we waited ONLY TO HEAR THE SPEAKER *TO A CAR WHO HAD JUST PULLED UP* IMMEDIATELY HELPED. MY HUSBAND AND I DROVE OFF WENT RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO WENDY'S. shaking our heads. we were never rude, loud or appeared unpleasant at all but we were deliberately ignored because we were only trying to find out if our intercom was working. We are only describing the complexion of the lady to identify her without a name. customer service was very very poor not going to that sonic on mayport rd again.

the wait staff on wheels are a cute idea. Food is served pretty fast. they have very reasonable prices.Half price drinks in the afternoon.
