This customer had called about 2 mos. after the picture sale. As a courtesy I was trying to idenify her child by a description she was giving me over the phone, since she said she did not have the proofs. I did get it wrong twice, due to her description and lack of the information she had given me. I guess you don't realize how many cute little boys there are, out of over 100 kids, there are a lot that are described the same . Finally she came up with the proofs that had been sent home and gave me the correct number to her child's pictures, so I finally got it right. She was very nice over the phone, though all of this. I do not always get to veiw the pictures before they get to the customer and she had quoted the prints were bad, all she had to do was call me and I would have replaced them for her. We are not a perfect company and we do have problems sometimes, but I do take care of anything I know about immediatly. After all the time I spent trying to help her I was really surprised she wrote this comment. I did not charge a mailing fee or a late fee and the package she order was less than $ 40.00.
