We had my niece's birthday part here, and it was awful. The place was run down, nasty, the focal point to be there anyways, was for KIDS to skate. The rink floor should be torn up and completely replaced. The place is desperate need of an upgrade remodel. I mean you people have to know that some have been driving across Jax 25 to 30 miles to bring their kids to enjoy "something" in this huge town we all live in. Kids do not have much affordable things to do especially when they earn it all week at school and may enjoy doing the same thing every weekend ahead. Now this new Skate place will open in Arlington and it is African owned, and most likely other people won't be accepted there. Leaving other children still no decent and safe place to go and enjoy their youths. This is all a shame. Children who need to LEARN can't learn on a floor with so many huge bumps and humps in the rink floor at mandarin. Also it's obvious that the gum is not cleaned off of the floors daily. And you can pretty much just look around and just know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the roller skates are not kept sanitized for fungus as well either. I don't get it...I really don't

Kids had a blast over the School Holiday in January, no one was there, they had the place to them selves and 10 other kids. Staff was super nice and played games with them.. will come back for a birthday very soon.

This place is really a disgrace. I have nothing at all good to say about it. It is pretty much a daycare where parents drop their children off unattended and they do what they want and how they want and no one cares not even the employees and or managers. Kids speed racing around the rink and no one bothers to say anything even when they knock over a parent or child on the rink floor that doesn't really know how to skate. Some fat manager is playing around with his employees and putting them in the headlock when he should be conducting himself accordingly. I just have to say that this rink is horrible and they need to do something about it before someone gets hurt and they need to hire more responsible employees as well. And more than half the time the speakers aren't even working appropriately. Bummer!

I too, tried this rink as well .. another trashed up rink FLOOR ,not 1 employee even cared when brought to their attention. trash all over rink and floor with too many employees standing around talking and doing nothing, no pride again.DJ'S playing music very loud so you can't even talk to other skaters without shouting! come on folks this isnt a speaker fight to see how much bass you can blow before the sound system blows entirely!.. I rate this place 2 stars but only because I tried to honestly find something good , but only found more wrong...... gang its time to clean house and put a scrapper ,and broom in everybody's hands and get to WORK on this place...and the nails on the skate floor....... some are not even hammered all the way in and boy if someone hits one of these when they fall, this place will surely be sued!!!
