AWFUL SERVICE! WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING, I WILL NEVER EVER CALL OR RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. ITS A TWO BIT OPERATION, DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THEIR "MEMBERSHIP". RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. GO TO BOAT US, THEY'RE MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BOATER BEWARE!!!! This is for the sea tow in Mayport, Jacksonville, FL. If you do not have a membership they will price gouge you at 300/hr form the time they leave their dock until the time you get back. In your time of need, they will try to find ways to pile on the time which is illegal price gouging. Like a taxi driver who takes the longest routes to get somewhere just to keep the meter running, except at $300/hr!!! I was out with my young daughter on our 16ft center console when the outboard sputtered out. I called Seat Tow and asked them to take to the closest public boat ramp which was less than 1/2 mile away, or to tow us to another main not ramp at Sister's Creek, site of the Kingfish tournament which was on his way back anyway. The "captain" refused and took us on a cruise up to Edwards creek and then charged us for 3 HOURS or towing (almost $900). I signed under duress since I had my daughter but the next day and called to complain about my experience to the management and was greeted by a VERY RUDE and nasty woman, I believe one of the owners, and she refused to rectify the situation or offer an refund. I am going to have to dispute this with the credit card company and/or sue this rip-off artists in small claims court.
