I have had to go to Dr. Madkaiker just a few times at his office, but had to wait for over an hour before I was him, on all 3 occasions, even though I had an appointment. That aside, Dr. Madkaiker is an excellent doctor. I have recieved a series of ECT treatments from him and have had great success. He was always courteous and thoughtful at the hospital before the treatments and at his office. He just needs better office staff.

That statement is not true, I have been visiting this office for about a year and these guys are very professional. I have not waited more than 15 minutes to get in, the visits are always pleasant. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. This has been a life changing experience for me after suffering for years from depression and anxiety. I guess I am at the other end of the spectrum from the first review.

HORRIBLE !

The office management is a joke! They mess up everything from over booking to over charging. They send invalid information to the insurance carriers and refuse to correct it or even admit the mistake on their end. You only get to see the doctor for about 15 minutes for medication and the counselors they have or have had is who you talk to. Expect your wait time to be at least 45 minutes or longer so if you are trying to schedule during your lunch hour do not bother. You will be late going back. Keep looking as this office is either too busy or the mismanagement will only leave you more upset than when you walked in!!!
