Be wary of this company. The do not honor their refund polices of deposit. Publish misleading advertisements of listed properties. Their business tendencies violate consumer rights.



Their staff will tell you one thing and do another. Don’t believe them when they state that if contingencies are not agreed upon then that you will get you deposit back. When told to leave a blank anything regarding a deposit don’t!





They will cash it as soon as you walk out.



I was caught in their scam before I knew it. I paid the deposit but had contingencies on the lease. The money order was cashed prior to contingencies being worked out. I didn’t even signed it, someone of the staff did. Didn’t matter I had the receipt or bank statement showing purchase of the money order.



I was downsizing due debt and trying to recover after taking care of disabled parents for 2 yrs and with 3 kids; 2 disabled. They got me; I lost $600.00 on what I knew to be a substandard house but was desperate. However I still had hopes that a property management company was ethical in their dealings and would maintain a healthy and safe rental – I was disappointed. I found Mold in hall closet from a leaking roof and Windows that did not open and when I asked what would happen if there was a fire and I was told to break the windows out by the office manager. Now this contradicts the General lease they refer too. I would be responsible for the window replacement should they be broken during the term of the lease. Not to mention my 2 disabled children (1-blind & 1 Autistic) would not be able to break the windows without help. I felt the windows and mold were of safety and health concerns. The office manager stated to me that the homeowner would not be fixing them since it’s not in their best interest.



Their sample lease out lines home owner responsibilities that the tenant would be responsible for per the lease, appliance, plumbing, electrical fuses, circuit breakers, maintenance of screens, broken windows and any maintenance fee from their approved vendor. Should a maintenance work order be initiated after move in the new tenant would be responsible for during the term of the lease. Their lease states “As is” but do not provide history records of all items listed in their lease for the new tenant to be shown that they have maintained the property for the homeowner and expect the new tenant to take on someone else’s responsibilities by bullying them into a lease.

Pre-conditions are not excluded.



A little side note: If they state the yard is partially fence beware, the office manager will tell you have misunderstood her advertisement for the rental and that the broken fencing is partially fenced.
