I bought two TVs from San Jose TV.
A couple of times I have "messed up" my controls and get no picture. A quick call to Johnny or Bryan solved my problem. Over the phone, they told me how to restore my service. They could have told me I needed a service call, but they were happy to help at no charge. Betty Meers
