I telephoned Samsonite Corporation regarding my twenty plus year-old briefcase which I had long since lost the keys for. I wondered if there was any way they could help me with a replacement key. The lady I spoke with on the telephone was incredibly polite and extremely friendly. She promised me that she would send me two of the most popular keys of that era that might fit my briefcase. The keys just arrived and, sure enough, one of the keys fit perfectly. I was overjoyed with the wonderful response I received from the company and their follow-through. I couldn't be happier.
