My husband. And I have purchased 3 vehicles from Sam in the last 8 years (including one for my mother-in-law). I remember going back to Sam. I had a concern about how my car handled. He checked it out thoroughly. He explained the problem to me. He corrected the problem, then he called to check with me. If Sam gives you his word...he keeps his word.
