My name is Rita Sanchez. I am from Puerto Rico. I went in an Megan (little as they call her) done my natural curly hair an made it bone straight without harsh chemicals. Also, my daughter Alisha is Puerto Rican and African American and she also got a deep conditioning, blowout and flat ironed . Amazing job. Far from racist. They greet you when you walk in and the wait is never long. I find it funny that the other review would be so negative because, there is a ethnic lady that works there.

staff appears to be very racist as if they are stuck in the early 40's. Not diverse at all. I stopped in thinking that all licensed hair stylist knows how to do hair. I asked who could do my relaxer and they all looked lost and confused. One young lady simply turned away without a response at all. The lady at the front was very rude and pushed me off on someone else. But overall, I was not treated properly. All they had to do was simply say at the beginning that no one knew how to do ethnic hair and I would have been okay with that. i grew up with my Caucasian step-mom doing my hair, so race shouldn't be an issue when it come to experience. Get diversity or more experienced stylist.
