Awful experience, worst I've ever had at a dentist. Dentist was argumentive, arrogant & sarcastic. Held a condescending tone throughout and very obviously didn't care to be challenged in view to care or procedure /practice guidelines that only support maximum profit/patient expense with the cloak of best care practice to guilt the patient and swindle.

We came in to do routine basic cleanings and this wasn't possible without paying hundreds of dollars in addition to what our insurance covers which is a bi annual cleaning and new patient X-rays or exams.

An aggressive sales process is followed by staff to pressure patients into feeling that in order to receive standard, basic & appropriate care; good dental insurance isn't enough. It felt like a scam. The dentist was the least friendly and most pressuring.

We will never return and have reviewed the practice according online to warn others. A total waste of our afternoon- nothing accomplished but we didn't get scammed and that's a victory! Most patients sadly aren't probably brave enough to challenge the heavy sales process and succumb to excessive charges for services that should be included with insurance as with 95% other dental establishments

I had used this denist office for years with great service positive results. The dentist always came in after cleanings and examined my teeth and asked if I had any concerns. This past year, the usual dentist has not been available and I was not notified of the change before my appointment. When I did go in, I had concerns about some issues with my jaw and was in quite a bit of pain. The dentist working that day did not have time to come in and talk to me about my concerns. I left with just a cleaning and no "dental exam" or consult like I needed. This resulted in me consulting a specialist about my jaw. I will be looking for another dentist.
