I don’t even know where to begin. The lady in the mornings is nice but yet always seems to stick up for the man I’m about to tell you’ve about, which I get cause it’s family owned rite...? Anyways, this is the second time I’ve came in an used a coupon on my phone, he’s hitting my phone on the table as he already saw my screen was cracked, continuously being rude. The coupon has 3 minutes after you open it an it will expire, he said I didn’t see you hit the button. But I did as I grabbed my phone back from not being anymore damaged, he said hey out as I grabbed my belongings. What kind of business is this? I’ve been going to the royalty for YEARS before they even changed the name, I’ve seen people come an go, nice people usually ran it. But not these days, they’re being ran by nothing BUT Rudness & non helping people. I wonder why they don’t get anyone different hired. Maybe cause they don’t want to change, but sadly they very much do need to. I’ll go an extra mile to go to daily’s just so I can if needed, get help & receive amazing service.

i have worked in customer service my entire life and always go above and beyond to help the consumer. this place has the WORST customer service i have ever experienced. last time (I used to frequent the store years ago) and was given a hard time for not knowing the price of the items i was purchasing (i apparently had been paying lower cost [which was then ADVERTISED by the store] for items for a period of time and this was my fault, as the consumer, as i was basically grilled by multiple employees about it) but after not doing business with them for years, i thought i would try again. WRONG. today i was flat out told that i was done being helped- i could not look at any other items; as i had looked at 11 and that was too much (meanwhile they sell maybe 100 items and only a few other people came in while i was shopping) and i was happy to wait while she was helping them but i was the only person in the store yet i was told she was basically done helping me. i walked out and will never go back again, their gas may be cheaper but if it is as poor as their customer service, it is not worth it. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. not even worth one star.
