I am a realtor with Watson Realty and everytime a client is getting ready to move, I always inform them about the red carpet service they will receive from Royal Moving and Storage Company. One client in particular had very sentimental pieces that were quite large and they were moved with care. She called me after the move to beam about their service. I'm not one to refer and not use...that's not my style. When I moved a few months ago, my first call was to Royal Movers. Everything was moved beautifully without incident. The movers were great and put everything where I asked vs. throwing items in the middle of a room for you to fend for yourself. They arrived on time, my price was exactly what they quoted and I gave the movers a $100 tip. That's how exceptional the service was. They even called afterwards to ensure that I received great service. Proactive, timely, efficient, and honest are only some of the words to describe Royal Moving and Storage of Jacksonville, FL. I will continue to recommend them to my clients and family.

When we got the estimate, the price was so good that we were thinking it was just a couple of guys with a pick-up truck. We did not expect the professionalism, speed and friendly nature of everyone. What we mean to say is that you would expect an experienced supervisor with a couple of "just hired that morning" strong fellas taking orders. Instead there were 4 men, each of which seemed to be qualified as a supervisor. Each knew exactly what to do next and they worked together to get things packed and moved out quickly. Each of them realized the value of the customer and each were polite, personable and dedicated to working that day. We highly recommend Royal Moving & Storage Co. for any move anywhere !!!

Thank you Royal Movers for helping my family and I during these hard times. The movers were so polite and professional. I stored my belongings at their storage facility for 8 months and had them delivered back to me. The 3 movers placed all of my furniture in my new home with lots of care. Scam Artists!

-They do not disclose an additonal 10% fee in addition to quoted price.

-Very..... slow... workers.

-Also, round up last hour (will work 15 minutes and state their policy is to charge a full hour for anything beyond a quarter of an hour.

-Tried to add an additional surcharge but we already livid by that time, and they changed their tune.

-In all paid 30% more than an appropriate charge.

I am in the military and have moved numerous times with all different kinds of moving companies. After doing my research, I hired Royal Moving Company for my move. The operations manager was very helpful and kind. The crew arrived in a clean truck and were very polite. Smart and Strong group of men. All professional. They handled my move with care and made me feel very comfortable. All my furniture was wrapped with clean moving blankets and properly packed into their truck. They sent a 3 man crew for a much cheaper rate than their competitors. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROYAL MOVING CO. AND THEIR STAFF TO HANDLE YOUR NEXT MOVE.
