I had my hair cut and colored by Sami and haven't had a hair experience this good in as long as I can remember. I felt completely cared for and left with my dream hair. She even took the time to test the color on my hair and go back and touch up things to make it just right. After having less than ideal hair experiences in the past, Sami's attention to detail was refreshing and reassuring. The salon itself didn't leave a huge impression on me, but I believe that was simply because I was so enamored with the rest of the process. The atmosphere was cheerful and relaxing. Cost was on the higher side, but I felt it was worth it for what I received.

Why this place in located where it is? Such a nice mall area but Rio Hair does not belong. This place is dirty; do not sit on the couch!! Looks like someone has been eating and spilling food all over (I hope those are food stains). My son and I went to this place to get haircuts. Worst haircut ever.. The hair stylist never even wet my sons hair just cut it with his bed head style. I could hardly believe what I was seeing. When I went to get my hair cut I asked for tapered back, tapered tight sides with long and full on the top. I got no tapers (Not sure they knew what that was) and I was never even offered to put product in my hair!... I asked on the way out then had to sit back down where she proceeded to find yet something else to cut!! What? I just have a hard time understanding why these artsy thinking studios (Whanta -be) can cut hair without even knowing the basics. This place needs to clean first!! Just trash everywhere and dirty.. Start with cleaning your mirrors… Don’t got here
