My husband and I hired them for a re-level spoke with Mr Riedel to make arrangements, 3 guys showed up in a work truck.
they had no flash lights, tools or water level ! we didn't know they didn't have water level till the end.
All they had , was wood shims.
We provided flash light and tool to undo skirting.
At the end of job I asked what about the water leveling? How do you know it's level?
Guy said " I did it by eye".
We wrote them a check and got them off our property.
We would never recommend them!

I purchased a 2018 mobile home, along with the permits and Dennis Riedel was hired through Quality Mobile Homes in Yulee, Fl, to set up and install the new plumbing to the septic tank. He filed miserably at doing his job. I woke up to find all my sinks, shower, toilet, full of sewage. I then walked outside to find the ground around the sewage pipe line was saturated in sewage. I called the mobile home company and they called Riedel. Dennis Reidel came out and told me the problem was that my septic tank needed to be emptied. Upon pumping the septic tank, Blockers Septic Company noticed that the water was not coming out of the house. Once they jetted the line out water was coming out of the ground. They dug up where the water was coming out of the ground, they found that the septic pipe was never connected to the septic tank. There was a 4 inch gap between the septic tank and the existing pipe. I paid Blockers to completely redo everything outside the mobile home to the tank where Dennis Riedel failed to hook the lines correctly, which led to 5 months of sewage GOING INTO THE GROUND. I have tried to contact him through Quality Homes several times to fix this situation and to reimburse me for the additional money I have put into correcting his mess. If I could put negative stars I would and I strongly advise others to stay clear of the man, Dennis Riedel.

my wife and I both have called this company. Made appointments for re-level. Never showed up, no phone call and dosn't answer after first contact. Stay away unless you want to be dissapointed and frustrated.
