Provided by YP.comI don't usually write reviews but I'm really excited to be invited as a beta tester for what I think is the most complete CRM on the market, I have used the best ones currently available and none of them are as complete as Reisoft. With the other CRM's besides being hard to use, I always needed other services to tie everything together. Reisoft eliminated those extra costs. I'm able to track my calls, mail campaigns, deal flow, keeping everything organized so me or someone on the team stay on task. Being able to communicate with-in the platform, nothing gets missed or slips through the cracks. I already closed a deal using Reisoft and made $12,500. Boom! If you are not happy with the CRM you are using, check out Reisoft.

Provided by YP.comI paid Tim Herndon with REImarketing.com several thousand dollars for postcard mailers to cover several months of mailing. After a couple of months the postcards stopped being mailed. I got some platitudes about how he dropped the ball but nothing ever happened afterward. DO NOT PAY THIS GUY MONEY UP FRONT!
As the owner of REI Marketing Systems I am deeply upset to hear about the poor experience you had with our company. I understand what a frustrating experience this was for you and if this happened to me I would be very upset too. Obviously, based on what you are saying we were not as organized as we should have been during that time. As a startup company we should have had better tracking systems for our direct mail. I can assure you even though there may have been small delays in mail delivery that all postcards were mailed. However, we cannot guarantee the results from mailings, as this is not something we have control over. We have made a lot of changes since then and have implemented better tracking systems through our newly developed Reisoft CRM software. We would love to have you come back and give us another chance to show our true colors. We would even be willing to give you two months free of charge on our software to test out the new tracking systems we have put in place. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a thorough review, I welcome all feedback as hearing from our customers is the best way we can improve our business and software.
