My family and I went for the "family fun night" - it was a great deal, the 4 of us got to jump for an hour, share a large pizza, and get 4 drinks - for $45.00

We had fun jumping, that part was great. Only encountered one employee behind the shoe counter who was rude, every other employee who helped was awesome.

However, when we went to get our meal included with the deal, I was so disappointed. There was very little room to sit, and we were not allowed to take our food anywhere else even though there were open benches, so my family (with two small children and one in a car carrier) had to stand. There were employees taking up the bar hanging out and eating on their break, which i thought was unacceptable while my kids are having to stand. Also, there were two men taking up one of the only tables just talking. I was livid when I discovered this was the owner taking up the table. Really?!?! You see paying customers standing in the corners, and you take up one of the two tables people can eat at! Not to mention, my husband and I had to clear trash from the corners so that we would have room to stand. I also saw employees helping the owners son cheat at the arcade games so that he got a bunch of tickets (while this isn't a huge deal, it left a bad taste in my mouth). After seeing the way the owner obviously didn't care about the customers, I wouldn't waste another dime at this place. I gave it two stars bc it's a good idea and something different, but the owner obviously needs a crash course is customer service and common decency.

So much fun & a great workout! Brings out your inner-child. So much to do in one place... trampolines, dodgeball, foam pitt, basketball, cafe, arcade, and candy station! Love Rebounderz :)

I will never go back. The process of completing a liability waiver is beyond ridiculous to the point that it is not feasible to take children other than your own. One of the children I took had no other choice but to go home because her mother was unable to physically come to the location to do the waiver. Waivers are not printable where they can be filled out and brought in, so it is unnecessarily inconvenient to have other parents complete waivers for their children that you wish to bring. The service and management of the location are incredibly poor, with management making no attempt to correct its mistakes or speak to dissatisfied patrons. Once inside, the children had fun, but no more than they would have on our backyard trampoline.
