The Ramona pavilion ballroom is amazing, from the staff to the decor to the food!!! This Diana person no longer works there, the woman that works there is absolutely amazing , she lives to make your day wonderful and so do the staff! They will bend over backwards to help you or do anything for you even last minute, I've been to very many weddings, receptions, anniversaries there and it's amazing the things they do for people. I hope you all wouldnt listen to the "hearsay" and at least give them a call ! They are more than willing to make your day amazing!

Wow! When I first read Diana's reaction I must admit I was a little taken back, and decided to change my mind on booking at this venue. However, I know from attending weddding events there that they are awesome! From food to staff to decor simply awesome. I dont think that Diana is the way this young lady describe for some reason and I never met her. Sometimes people try to live above their means. She chose to write a review which is fine but she blantely slandered Diana's name. I think maybe she could have been a bit more tactful. I think maybe naturally she touched a nerve with Diana that sent her over the top. However, Diana next time just try to be a little more tactful in your words because you could have potential business although you are not with the company. I wish both of the ladies the best and hope you can find some common ground in this matter.

I had my wedding & reception at the Ramona Pavilion. I just love that place. It is a answer to a prayer.

I did't have to do a thing. They furnished the food, everything for the reception and wedding, linens, crystal, sashes, flatware, decorations, and can hold up to 800 gueat. My friend had their prom there and they are still raving. The food was the best I have ever had and plenty of it. I am in the military here and my squadron has there Christmas party there every year. They even have a bar if requested. They do all the Christmas decorating and plan the whole event for you. I highly recomend the facility, food and the hostess and event coordinator. They were the greatest, I have ever delt with. They make the client feel special I would use them again for any event. The building is beautiful. The atmosphere is casual to very elegant. We ate Chicken Masala that smelled so good it took you breath away. We also had several stations like a chocolate foutain with fresh fruit and other goodies and a delicious carving station with HAM, Turkey and Prime Rib. A very large list of menus you can pick from. I can't wait to have another party there.
