One of the friendliest bars on southside. Staff always attends to customers promptly with great spirits and you get service always in a timely manner. Great atmosphere, awesome pool tables, and choice of music selections at your own liking.

It sounds like the first reviewer might've been talking about their University location which isn't as new as the Mandarin location. I've been going to Rack Em Up in Mandarin since they opened up, and I've never once had bad service. You get coals to your hookah before you ever have to ask, and the barstaff is quick to recommend you new beers to try based on your taste. Besides that, there's always something going on between tuesday's beer pong and thursdays trivia, and the best karaoke I've ever attended on sundays.

I have no idea what your talking about there is pleanty of good service and there is smoking and i personaly have droped plenty Fbombs I think its a great place for a good time.

This place is great! They have a superb selection of beer, and its always fresh. Its not like one of those beer bars that have 200 types that sit on the shelves for years only for some sucker to buy one and get a bottle of crud. The pool tables are clean, and pockmark free, and play like they're brand new, no bent cues, and chalk and hand powder is plentiful. The staffs level of service approaches the divine. The bartenders cater to the customers like a a minister would his congregation. If the last review is any indication of the reviewers overall cultural aptitude at grading establishments in general then allow me to point out that this is a pool hall in addition to offering some of the best hookah's this side of the Mediterranean and a wide selection of beer. The patrons are friendly and the atmosphere is as good as you can get in a pool hall, however, expect the occasional F-bomb when there are sports playing on one of the five 42" plus flatscreens.Highly reccomended.

Help is absent and not too quick to assist. There is no smoking, tank tops, liquor or profanity. This is a pool hall not a church. Good luck flushing the toilet. If your hungry bring your wallet and be prepared to pay Apple Bee prices for Mickey D's quality.
