I switched from Carter's cheap insurance to John Beck because of the better rates. On the other hand the wait time is outrageous. The average schedule is 9-5 but they close at 6. After fighting through traffic good luck catching before they close. Also on the weekends when most people actually have time to handle these affairs only 2 people are working. So you literally wait 30 mins. to an hour just to pay a bill. The customer service is mediocre.

I live in Gainesville but frequent Jacksonville as I used to live here. The insurance company I had been with for many years kept going up and up on their prices every year. I went to John Beck Insurance and they took the time to check through many different insurance companies. They found a company for me that was $400 a year less than what I was currently paying. Needless to say I got the insurance through John Beck Insurance. I would highly recommend calling them for insurance.
